Pricing Details
Our room rates are based on double occupancy per night, and include all taxes and a full country breakfast the following morning. For single occupancy, our rates are reduced by $10 per night. For a third occupant (we have a futon), an extra charge of $15 per night is made.
Single night bookings are accepted with the exception of our special weekend packages and weekends containing a statutory holiday, where a two night minimum booking is required.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash, personal cheques and travellers cheques.

Policy for Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings are secured by a 25% deposit on a credit card – we accept both Visa and MasterCard. If necessary, arrangements may be made for cash or cheque to secure your booking.
More than 30 days notice:
Your deposit is refunded
Between 7 and 30 days notice:
Your deposit is NOT refunded
Less than 7 days notice on room stay:
Full room rate is charged
Less than 7 days notice on special packages:
Full package rate is charged
If you must cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to re-book your stay. Refund of a deposit made on a credit card costs a small fee to cover the banking processing charges. This is usually $5.00 or less.
We reserve the right to cancel and return deposits on any special package weekends if there are insufficient numbers. |
